Stay enquiries, editorial corrections, press requests and partnership questions all arrive at the same desk in Vienna. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET.

The more detail you give us — dates, travellers, the reason for the trip — the more specific our written recommendation can be. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to hotels without your explicit instruction.

Do you make bookings on my behalf?
No. We are an editorial publisher, not a travel agency or booking platform. We will tell you which house fits your trip and how to reach its reservations team directly, but the contract is always between you and the hotel.
Do you take commission or paid placements?
No. No affiliate links, no sponsored profiles, no pay-to-rank. Where we have received a press rate or a hosted stay, we say so on the relevant page.
How fast do you reply?
One business day for stay enquiries and corrections. Press and partnership requests may take two to three business days, particularly during Vienna's ball season in January and February.
Can I request a correction?
Please do. Email editorial@ with the page URL and the detail in question. Confirmed corrections are published with a dated note at the foot of the affected page.
Which languages do you work in?
English and German. We can read enquiries in French and Italian but will reply in English.
